I have been a bit unprecise in my forecast for the bottom, SPXwise.

I said: 1134.81

the SPX intraday bottom was at 1134.04

I missed it for for 0.77 points.

Actually I thought todays when the VIX hit 33.5 that it was very top heavy and that we would get a bounce in equities today just like Tim. no matter, I made a little money today. I don’t know but maybe the short selling rule will give us the bounce tomorrow.

One thing to note is that the new short selling regulations may end up altering the VIX.

Since the market makers have to pre-locate stock before shorting now, they’re going to have to dial up put prices and/or widen spreads to cover their risk.

Your dumbass response does not deserve a reply but I will as is true to my nature – to whack ass clowns. In very simple words if you need something from IBD to tell you what to do then you probably should not be trading. My record stands – ask Tim anytime you feel the need to feel like an ass clown again.
